The Living Classroom (also called Super Nova) is a new room that focuses on daily living skills, such as cooking, cleaning and personal care. We will also be doing seasonal chores at the living classroom, such as raking, shoveling and gardening. We will continue to go out into the community at various work sites, grocery stores, and restaurants. The classroom’s location is in a house that is near the school building.
Super Nova currently has five students and three staff. The staff consists of one teacher and two paraprofessionals. The students will be able to work on the life skills in this classroom to be better prepared for their futures!
